Scott Walker and several of the Republicans in our Legislature, like Robin Vos and Scott Fitzgerald. ?A smart ALEC threatens public education? shines a critical light on how ALEC supplies word for word legislative documents to our governor and these legislators. The article?s authors are Julie Underwood, UW-Madison School of Education dean, and Julie F. Mead, professor and chair of the UW?s department of education leadership and policy analysis. Their research will be dismissed by many as ?so what!?
