The Monona Terrace was the home for the Madison Sports Hall of Fame banquet on Wednesday night. The 2010 class featured Dr. Conrad Andringa, who has long served the University of Wisconsin Athletics Department; Al Hovland, a UW professor who has worked tirelessly with the Madison community recreation departments; Greg Oâ??Brien, a talented baseball player at Edgewood and UW in the 1960s and 1970s; and Vince Sweeney, a Madison native who played a key role in the overall resurgence in the UW Athletics Department.
