‘America’s Most Wanted’ Revisits 1970 Bombing At UW

MADISON, Wis. — The 1970 bombing of a University of Wisconsin-Madison building that left a student researcher dead is getting national exposure in an attempt locate a fourth suspect.

The bombing of Sterling Hall rocked the UW-Madison campus in the early morning hours of Aug. 24, 1970. Three of the four suspects were apprehended and sent to prison. But the fourth suspect was never found.
