Scott Walker?s first three citizen appointees to the University of Wisconsin System?s Board of Regents sat in on their inaugural meeting Thursday.After the morning session of meetings held at UW-Madison?s new Union South, each took time to chat before heading off to the Capitol for early afternoon confirmation hearings.
