The lawsuit cites a November 1991 incident in which D’Angelo was reprimanded for forcibly kissing and making unwanted sexual advances toward a 19-year-old UW-Madison student who had met him at the Civic Center to inquire about an internship. D’Angelo was warned that any further conduct of that type could result in his firing.
