MADISON, Wis. — More information is surfacing about the man who triggered a lockdown at the UW Hospital Tuesday night.
Court records reveal that 19-year-old Jesse Miller had 54 different residences between the ages of four and 18.
The documents also show that Miller has bipolar disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
