Think of your worst day at work; then multiply it by a million. Two week ago, I had the opportunity to observe a full-scale emergency exercise on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus. The manufactured disaster gave local law enforcement agencies as well as university personnel a chance to practice for a day that, God willing, wonâ??t ever come.
