Judge upholds arrest of U.S. Senate candidate at Wis. union (AP)

MADISON, Wis. (AP) – A judge says a U.S. Senate candidate arrested for campaigning at the University of Wisconsin-Madison student union did not have his constitutional rights violated.

U.S. District Judge John Shabaz dismissed a lawsuit Ben Masel brought against university employees and police after his 2006 arrest.
