Unions seek injunction to halt collective bargaining law implementation:Â Unions challenging Gov. Scott Walker?s law that effectively ended collective bargaining for most public workers have asked a court to stop the state from implementing portions of the law found to be unconstitutional. The request for an injunction was filed in Dane County Circuit Court on Monday.
