John “Red” Laudin, age 85, of Mount Hope, Ark. and formally of Madison, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2008. After he and his family moved from Ely, Minn. to Madison in 1958, Red worked at the UW Physical Plant.
