Fifteen minutes before the door was to close on the last flight from Minneapolis to Los Angeles that would make it possible to reach the Rose Bowl before kickoff, the University of Wisconsin graduate?s wife, Megan, checked her computer to gauge Matt?s likelihood of making it onto the plane.
