MADISON, Wis. — Police are looking for the publicâ??s help in finding a person of interest in a suspicious case.
UW police received a report of suspicious activity in the arboretum on Monday afternoon.
Officers said a witness was concerned after observing an encounter between an adult male and a juvenile.
