Ronald Hampton, 36, has a job at UW-Madison as a custodian at the Kohl Center, which he really enjoys, he said. But he works from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m., and with no bus service at that hour, he has a hard time finding ways to get home without spending $15 on cab fare.
