No drugs were found in the blood stream of a 21-year-old Green Bay woman pulled from the Fox River on July 26.
Brown County Medical Examiner Al Klimek said the toxicology report showed Mahalia Xiongâ??s blood alcohol level was 0.12 percent, but no other significant substances were discovered. The legal limit of intoxication is 0.08 percent.
