UW campuses high on hi-tech, but lacking in radar detection of disturbed students (KUWS-FM)

The 26 University of Wisconsin campuses have more armed campus police, more hi-tech emergency notification systems and mass casualty training. But the changes may have been misdirected.

Quoted: UW-Madison Police Chief Susan Riseling chaired the President’s Commission. She says they’ve tested their hi-tech system half a dozen times and used it once during a gas leak on campus.
