Police and firefighters responded to a small explosion at the Charter Street Heating Plant during the lunch hour today.All of the facilityâ??s occupants were evacuated and all were accounted for in the wake of the blast, authorities said. No injuries were reported. The plant is located at Dayton and Charter streets on campus.
