No more Nike swoosh on UW apparel. UW-Madison Chancellor Biddy Martin announced Friday the school would end its apparel licensing agreement with Nike, after Nike failed to develop a solution to the displacement of 1,700 workers with the closing of two factories by Nike sub-contractors in January 2009.
