MADISON, Wis. — Hundreds of patients had to reschedule their appointments at the University of Wisconsin Health Clinic at University Station on Tuesday after the building was flooded.Authorities said there was a break in a valve in the sprinkler system at about 6 p.m. on Monday that flooded about a third of the building.
