The UW Health Transplant Center celebrated 60 years of organ transplants at an event Sunday at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison.
Transplant recipients, living donors, donor families and members of the transplant team gathered to mark six decades of transplant care. The center began performing transplants in 1966.
