A U.S. District Court judge has dismissed the lawsuit filed by six former University of Wisconsin women’s basketball players against former Badgers coach Marisa Moseley, the UW Board of Regents and a former athletic department administrator.
In a decision filed Oct. 7, Judge James D. Peterson dismissed the case with prejudice, meaning the case is permanently closed and the plaintiff can’t amend the claim and file it again.
