The long-awaited finale of the University of Wisconsin football team’s series against Notre Dame will feature special uniforms.
Wisconsin will wear a red jersey and pants combination that is darker than its usual cardinal, with larger, silver, drop-shadowed numbers on the front and back, when it takes on the Irish at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 6 at Lambeau Field. The Badgers also will wear a red helmet with a silver motion W decal. Under Armour, the apparel sponsor for both Wisconsin and Notre Dame, also crafted a uniform for the Fighting Irish. The game will be televised on NBC.
