More than 20 buildings closed on UW-Madison campus because of air conditioning issues

While Wisconsin residents are dealing with a heat emergency that’s sent the heat index over 100, the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s response has been complicated by a broken cooling system affecting dozens of buildings on campus.
