It’s not often that public projects can be described as both on time and under budget, but Madison’s State Street Campus Garage appears to have managed that feat.
The combined apartment building, parking garage and intercity bus terminal at 415 North Lake St. is slated to open its leasing office and public parking Monday, though bus service is still a few months away.
