The UW Board of Regents is expected to select a new leader of the Universities of Wisconsin on Friday.
The Regents will convene in a closed-door meeting at 1 p.m. to consider a search committee’s recommendation for the next president, who will lead the 165,000-student, 13-university UW system, according to a notice published Thursday.
