All UW-Madison buildings affected by air conditioning problems to reopen Aug. 10

All University of Wisconsin-Madison buildings that fully or partially closed because of major cooling issues will reopen on Aug. 10, UW officials said.

Robert Cramer, the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration, made the announcement Thursday.

Parts of the campus have been closed since June 29, when the air conditioning stopped working in buildings after a chilled water line broke.
