Conservative groups are suing UW-Madison for continuing to offer race-based grants and scholarships they claim are discriminatory and unconstitutional.
The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty’s lawsuit, filed Monday in Waukesha County Circuit Court, alleges the university’s race-based grants and scholarships violate the Equal Protection Clause of the U.S. Constitution’s 14th Amendment.
