Summer Hammann of Barron, Wisconsin is majoring in dairy science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her goal is to become a herdsman, working hands-on with dairy cattle, focusing on herd health, reproduction and overall performance. Her guidance towards this goal has been her background on her family’s dairy, as well as highly relevant internships and leadership in extracurricular activities.
