A not guilty plea was entered Thursday for a UW-Madison lab worker accused of trying to poison a co-worker.
Makoto Kuroda, 42, was arraigned on charges of second-degree recklessly endangering safety and tampering with household products. He appeared in court while a translator appeared for him by phone.
